South Port Sailing School is looking for motivated, energetic, and skilled individuals to join our team for the upcoming 2026 season. Head Instructor
We’re seeking a Head Instructor to lead and elevate our Learn to Sail and Race operations. This hands-on role combines instructional leadership, fleet management, and program development. You’ll oversee a team of 4–6 instructors, ensure a safe and high-quality learning experience, and help shape the next chapter of a growing sailing program.
Instructor In Training (IIT)
The Instructor-in-Training role is ideal for motivated young sailors who want to explore coaching, develop leadership skills, and prepare for future instructor certification. IITs assist with lessons, support program delivery, and learn the fundamentals of teaching sailing.
Instructor & Coach Positions
We are hiring instructors and coaches for our 2026 season. Positions are full-time for the summer program (July–August) with optional part-time opportunities in the spring and fall.
