South Port Sailing School is looking for motivated, energetic, and skilled individuals to join our team for the upcoming 2027 season. Head Instructor
We’re seeking a Head Instructor to lead and elevate our Learn to Sail and Race operations. This hands-on role combines instructional leadership, fleet management, and program development. You’ll oversee a team of 6–8 instructors, ensure a safe and high-quality learning experience, and help shape the next chapter of a growing sailing program.
Instructor & Coach Positions
We are hiring instructors and coaches for our 2027 season. Positions are full-time for the summer program (June–August) with optional part-time opportunities in the spring and fall.
